Johnny Carson, Hillary Clinton, Walter Cronkite, Jamie Lee Curtis, Rodney Dangerfield, Howard Dean, Charles DeGaulle, Bill Gates, Billy Graham, Whoopi Goldberg, Rock Hudson, Robert Kennedy, Bill Jean King – all of these people are Scorpios. The most inscrutable sign in the zodiac actually reveals much, if you link them all together, you can see some Scorpio qualities emerge.
Scorpios are known for a kind of solid placidity when their face is at rest. It’s like in between the laughs, or the drama, when at rest, they are just downright serious.
RF Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, Billy Graham
You could see that in Robert F. Kennedy’s countenance. As he marched through his day, you could see the solemnity that shone from him on a continuous basis. Look at Hillary Clinton. Her round intelligent countenance speaks of seriousness and gravity. She has not had a hard time. Billy Graham looks downright monolithic, and when he smiles, you say to yourself: “Man, what did I do right?”
BJ King, Whoopi Goldberg, Jamie Lee Curtis
Billy Jean King took on a man as a professional tennis player. That was a Scorpion undertaking. Whoopi Goldberg has a solemnity between her big laugh lines, and her seriousness allows her to play dramatic roles in the movies, be on talk shows, and fully display all of her different aspects. Jamie Lee Curtis, after establishing herself, has gone into an honest expression of woman as she ages. She has come out to declare that there is a real elegant beauty to the female, and she is worth expressing herself in all of her dignity and class.
Johnny Carson, Walter Cronkite and Rodney Dangerfield.
They all have a stately way of declaring that what they are doing and about is regal and has some bearing. Even in the case of two of the characters, who are dealing with and delivering comedy. Dangerfield’s favorite opening line was: “I can’t get any respect!” Well, forgive me, but that is probably what he really said as a Scorpio, marching his way through life, and wanting more respect than he was getting. And then, as the Scorpio got madder and madder, the lines started flowing – punch after punch. Walter and Johnny both had credibility. Scorpios benefit from this characteristic and often exude an authoritative kind of power that says: “I know of what I speak. You can believe me.”
Charles DeGaulle, Howard Dean, Rock Hudson, George Patton, Bill Gates
Howard Dean, Charles DeGaulle and Rock Hudson and George Patton and Bill Gates all exude and exuded a militaristic sameness that spoke of the bearing that higher officers have. However, Howard Dean went off the deep end trying to martial his political troops. He let his Scorpio “out”, when it would have been better, keeping it wrapped up within. Rock Hudson’s straight strong romantic lead expression kept the Scorpion image intact as his real personal life was not revealed until the end.
As a Scorpio, if you are one, you can see from these people how the straight Scorpio look carries with it a bearing that holds you in good stead, even if you are a comic. Keep that straight seriousness if it helps, but do not go too far into your image. Sometimes the Scorpio has an off putting manner that de-magnetizes their best efforts. Stay alive, and keep a warm demure air. It doesn’t hurt when you are carrying around that Scorpio look!
